Ron Agulnick has practiced law since 1961 and has, since 1971, practiced
exclusively in the fields of real estate, municipal law, and land use litigation.
He is an adjunct professor at Villanova University Law School where he teaches
Land Use Law and in the College of Civil Engineering, where he teaches Forensic
Engineering. He is a member of the Real Property Advisory Committee to
Pennsylvania Legislature's Joint State Government Commission, a member of the
Legal Action Committee of the National Association of Homebuilders and sits on
the Board of Directors of the Brandywine Valley Association. He is a frequent
lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on land use and real property
subjects.
